Trust Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Trust Relationship Manager to join a dynamic financial institution in Guernsey. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who excel at building and maintaining strong client relationships within the fund sector.

Key Responsibilities:
– Establishing robust communication channels with clients and their advisers.
– Conducting administrative tasks related to trusts corporate client entities efficiently.
– Coordinating effectively with banks, investment managers & asset agents regarding client assets management.
– Undertaking periodic reviews of client entities adherent to regulatory compliance standards.

Skills Knowledge Expertise:
Interpersonal Communication: You must possess stellar communication skills suited for high-stakes interactions both verbally & written form; confidence when engaging directly or remotely is paramount
Organization Skills: An organised mindset capable of thriving under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines will be central
Decision-Making Ability: Aptitude towards making informed decisions independently whilst recognising moments that necessitate guidance

Experience-wise candidates should bring a minimum of 1-year technical experience managing diverse portfolios including trusts companies among other structuring vehicles like Limited Partnerships Foundations PTCs Familiarity Fiduciary Services software Acumen would serve as an advantageous.
