We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trust Manager to join an esteemed firm located in St Helier.
The Successful Candidate will be expected to excel in their new role by demonstrating strong leadership skills that motivate their team to strive for excellence. As part of the responsibilities, the Candidate will also need to build strong relationships with the Firm’s clients through excellent communication skills. They will be managing complex client portfolios with ease, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
In addition to leading a team and managing clients, the Candidate will be responsible for overseeing trust operations strategically. They will identify opportunities for process improvements that boost efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a strong reputation for excellence in the sector is maintained.
