Our client is currently hiring a Senior Service Desk Engineer to serve as a crucial component of their IT operations in St Peter Port, Guernsey.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing first and second-line support for all user issues and infrastructure needs, managing configurations, and handling general IT queries. They will be responsible for ensuring that all IT issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, providing exceptional customer service and support

The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of proficiency in Windows 11 and Office 365, as well as expertise in Active Directory and Azure. Additionally, we are seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a self-motivated work ethic. In this role, the candidate will have the chance to showcase their technical abilities while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. throughout the process.
