Senior Compliance Administrator

A leading financial services company is currently looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Administrator to join their team in St Peter Port. In this role, the successful Candidate will work closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure that operations are fully compliant with Guernsey’s regulations, specifically focusing on high-risk relationship checks and the Sanction Screening Programme.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar compliance-focused role, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools is essential, as is the ability to analyse complex data and identify areas of potential risk.

To be considered for this position, the Candidate must hold relevant qualifications such as an ICA Advanced Certificate or Diploma, and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of compliance regulations and the ability to apply them in a practical setting.

In this role, it will be expected for the Candidate to take an active role in improving policies and procedures, working collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that the Firm maintain the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
