An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a meticulous and proactive Revenue Finance Clerk to join our commercial client based in Guernsey. This permanent position offers an engaging work environment where every day is dedicated to maintaining financial integrity and enhancing revenue processes.
As part of your role, you will be entrusted with key responsibilities:
– Revenue Reconciliation: Assisting with reconciliations between data and core ledgers/banking systems.
– Invoice Processing: Executing accurate invoice processing activities within SAGE from VRS system accounts.
– Account Reconciliation: Aligning business plus accounts across various platforms.
– Credit Control Services: Ensuring debtor accounts are managed efficiently to maintain current status through effective credit control practices.
Furthermore, candidates should possess these essential skills/experiences:
* Experience in Credit Control/Receivables Ledger roles ensures that you can manage finances accurately while addressing customer needs effectively
* Proficiency using SAGE 200 or equivalent accounting software demonstrates the technical competence required for precise record-keeping
* Microsoft Excel & Outlook proficiency signifies adeptness at organising tasks/data which supports internal communication
