A global banking firm located in St Peter Port is seeking a highly motivated People Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role will be integral in supporting the HR function and maintaining HR policies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist with recruitment, ensuring payroll accuracy, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
In order to be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should possess CIPD Level 3 qualifications or have equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and proficiency with modern technology are essential. The successful candidate will also have the chance to work on challenging and rewarding projects. They will be an integral member of the team and will have the chance to make a real difference.
