Internal Audit Officer

We are seeking an Internal Audit Officer to lead auditing activities across a leading Telecoms Company. This role is critical in identifying risks, strengthening controls, and providing strategic insight to enhance business performance.

As an Internal Audit Officer, the successful candidate will develop a comprehensive audit plan, assess risks, and conduct audits in line with IIA standards and the COSO framework. They will provide assurance and advice to management, ensuring financial and operational compliance while driving improvements in systems and processes. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, preparing audit reports with actionable recommendations, and collaborating with leadership to implement corrective measures.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or computer information systems, along with CISA qualifications. Proven experience in internal auditing, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Knowledge of telecoms operational, financial, and IT issues is an advantage.
