An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled HR Administrator to become a vital part of a well-established legal firm located in St Helier, Jersey. As the new HR Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth running of the firm. They will be expected to maintain employee records, update HR databases, and provide valuable support to the HR team, ensuring that all HR-related procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and some administrative experience. They will be a proactive self-starter, with the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. As a committed member of the team, the candidate will be expected to have a passion for delivering high-quality work and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
