A leading professional services provider in St. Helier, Jersey is seeking a highly skilled Fund Administration Manager to join their team.

As the Fund Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the meticulous maintenance of client data, driving KPIs, and innovating processes. They will also be responsible for spearheading recruitment efforts, inspiring through performance reviews, and establishing continual feedback channels. A commitment to compliance is crucial in this role, as well as an undeniable expertise in administering private equity and venture capital strategies.

To be considered for this strategic role, the ideal candidate must meet the JFSC Table 4 qualification requirements or have equivalent qualifications relevant to the industry. They will be joining an award-winning team, so must have the ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
