Financial Controller ( 6 Month FTC )

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join a dynamic team in St Peter Port, Guernsey for a six-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.

As Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial control and reporting, budget development and periodic forecasts aligned with Group timelines, managing cash flow, and collaborating with credit controllers for efficient debt collection practices. This role will involve working closely with the senior management team to provide financial advice and guidance, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must hold professionally qualified accountant status and have proven finance experience. Knowledge gleaned from funds businesses will be highly valued. The candidate will be an expert in Excel, with strong general computer literacy skills, and possess a keen eye for detail. The ability to accurately analyse and interpret financial data should be second to none.
