Billing Officer

We are currently seeking a dedicated Billing Officer to join an established fund Services business in Jersey.

As a Billing Officer, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for assisting with schedule maintenance by monitoring various data points effectively. As part of a collaborative team, the Candidate will work seamlessly with internal teams, addressing queries promptly or escalating them when needed. They will also play an instrumental role in supporting system process developments alongside their manager, contributing positively towards continuous improvement efforts.

To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate will need to possess a range of skills, including financial services knowledge. Additionally, computer literacy skills are crucial for managing information systems accurately and efficiently. They must also have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, as precision isn’t just preferred; it’s essential. Ensuring every figure aligns perfectly before issuing bills reflects the professionalism expected from all members.
