We are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical accounting professional who is eager to take the next step in their career and join a dynamic financial services provider in St Helier, Jersey.

In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to uphold precise customer billing setups, oversee monthly invoicing reports, and coordinate closely with different business units for accurate billings. In addition, they will adhere strictly to all relevant regulations while maintaining organised records and support statutory audits as well as tax filings diligently. The candidate will also help streamline month-end/year-end closing processes alongside bank reconciliation tasks.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA), or ACA qualification preferred, with a minimum of three years’ experience in Accounting/Finance specifically dealing with invoices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential, as are strong problem-solving skills paired with attention to detail and exceptional communication abilities, both orally and in writing.
