We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for a client services team in Capital Markets to join a prestigious legal firm in St Helier, Jersey.
In this permanent position, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for administering corporate client portfolios with precision, acting as both a leader and mentor among Governance Services employees, providing insightful technical support along with training when needed, cultivating valuable relationships to enhance repeat engagements and referrals from clients, and managing day-to-day operations ensuring timely completion against internal benchmarks.
To be considered for this role, The Ideal Candidate must have proven experience in corporate administration or accounting fields matched by relevant professional qualifications such as STEP/CGI/ACCA, or equivalent prowess. A familiarity with Microsoft software suite sets foundation while knowledge of specialist systems like Document Management Systems or Viewpoint adds brilliance. The Candidate should also have a set of skills including corporate administration, client relationship building, and technical lead capabilities.
