We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Support Officer to join our client’s team. In this vital role, the successful candidate will provide a wide range of administrative support to staff and service users, as well as undertake key reception duties.

Reporting to the Business Support Team Leader and managed by the Administration and Business Support Manager, they will work closely with staff across sectors, members of the public, and external professionals.
The responsibilities will include organising meetings, updating case management systems, handling travel and accommodation bookings. The individual will also deliver an effective reception and telephone service, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact.

We are seeking candidates who are computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, have excellent organisational skills, and can work independently to a high standard. Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality are essential. A flexible, team-oriented approach and a willingness to undertake further training are also key to this role.
