A Guernsey Insurance Specialist is currently seeking a reliable and efficient part-time Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper to join their team in St Peter Port, Guernsey. The primary responsibility will involve ensuring accurate transaction processing and data entry into the accounting systems, handling supplier invoice processing using specific software platforms, and reconciling insurer statements to ensure timely payments.

The Ideal Candidate should have prior bookkeeping experience and be studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualifications. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel, and QuickBooks, and possess excellent organisational skills to prioritise the work effectively. Additionally, the Candidate should be able to handle confidential information with discretion and self-motivation to tackle any problems that arise.
