We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented CDD Analyst to join a global financial firm in St Peter Port. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Customer Due Diligence for new customer onboarding processes, as well as periodic reviews. They will also work closely with other departments to ensure that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date and that any discrepancies are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in banking or finance, with at least one year’s worth of expertise in onboarding/customer services. They must have strong Microsoft proficiency, excellent communication skills, and be a proactive self-starter. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work well under pressure, have an eye for detail, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
