A leading legal firm situated in St Helier, Jersey is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Administrator/Senior Administrator to join their finance team. The position is a fixed-term contract for 10 months.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative tasks, including reconciling bank statements, handling finance helpdesk tasks, processing invoices and expenses, managing electronic payments, preparing cheques, and addressing billing queries. They will also have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable experience in a prestigious legal firm.
To qualify for this role, the ideal candidate must have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, strong English and Maths proficiency, IT proficiency, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Additionally, they should be a highly motivated individual who is capable of working independently and as part of a team.
