We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a global financial services provider in St Helier, Jersey, and help drive the business forward.
As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex portfolios and forging strong relationships with clients. they also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and oversee daily administrative tasks, as well as contribute to the strategic development of the business by enhancing their personal knowledge and getting involved with new client onboarding processes.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in management incentive plans and possess professional qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/ICSA/STEP. They’ll also need excellent communication skills to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders and a thorough understanding of local legislation to ensure compliance excellence.
