We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Local Market Lettings Negotiator to join a leading local estate agent in St Peter Port. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and crafting property brochures. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and proficiency across Microsoft applications.
In this role, the successful candidate will be required to liaise with external stakeholders such as solicitors and surveyors. They will provide expert advice to clients on local market rentals, and negotiate rental agreements that are beneficial for all parties involved.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. For this role, prior experience in real estate is an advantage.
