Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join a global provider of administration in St Helier, Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regulatory compliance within the fund sector, with a focus on developing and implementing compliance frameworks for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that regulatory compliance is maintained and adhered to. This will include the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. The Candidate will also be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of these policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes accordingly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage people effectively, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. They will also leverage technology to simplify verification methods and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the Candidate will be expected to have strong analytical skills and a relevant degree or professional qualification.

To be considered for this position, the Candidate should have strong knowledge of AML and risk management practices. In addition, must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage people effectively.
